We strongly believe that facilitating the admission of equivalently educated law graduates would be a beneficial policy change for the Law Society of Upper Canada. Moreover, we believe that this is the right thing to do. Canadian students like us, pursuing a legal education at top ABA-schools, are interested in the opportunity to practice law in Canada, and should be able to.
